11 Nutrition Tips for Brain Health

  1. Eat 9 fruit and vegetables per day
  2. Choose one raw meal per day
  3. choose at least one deep leafy green vegetable per day
  4. Take Omega 3 fatty acids 1 to 2 g per day
  5. Take 2000 - 5000 IU Vitamin D3 per day
  6. Take at least 50 mcg of Vit B12 day
  7. Choose more plant proteins less animal proteins
  8. Choose good fats not bad fats
  9. Limit brown crisp or fried foods
  10. Drink fluids to thirst and more
  11. Avoid cooking in plastic or Teflon coated cookware
