11 Nutrition Tips for Brain Health

- Eat 9 fruit and vegetables per day
- Choose one raw meal per day
- choose at least one deep leafy green vegetable per day
- Take Omega 3 fatty acids 1 to 2 g per day
- Take 2000 - 5000 IU Vitamin D3 per day
- Take at least 50 mcg of Vit B12 day
- Choose more plant proteins less animal proteins
- Choose good fats not bad fats
- Limit brown crisp or fried foods
- Drink fluids to thirst and more
- Avoid cooking in plastic or Teflon coated cookware
